That's freaking awesome! Unfortunately, my stimulus check was intercepted by the IRS and served to cut my outstanding balance with them in half. Which is actually a good thing.
We split our $1,200. Cliff put his half in his secret stash; I put $300 in my own personal savings, and used the other $300 to pay for some things I bought for my "new" home (you know, like the dishwasher and electric dryer).
i haven't gotten mine yet...but my boyfriend is spending evenly over the course of a year...which comes out to a mere buck64 a day, and he's blogging about all the stuff he gets. he's trying to keep the items "useful" for now and not just buy a bunch of crap - we'll see how it goes!
Used mine to pay of some bills (medical and housing needs). Was gonna use any left over for ammo (you know for the riots when fuel and food disappear) but there wasn't any.
