I scored "Pasty Congressional Page Man." Wait, what?

Must have been on Sundays.

Stink- You are funny. Sometimes I just don't know how to respond to you. Where are you?

I am currently in exotic Des Moines, Iowa but that's just a phase. I don't spread that around (unless someone asks me a direct question of course). I work for a major player in the media / broadcasting / publishing world and termination for posting the wrong opinion publicly is guaranteed.

I try to be a moving target for that reason!

I have family in KC & Overland Park (& formerly Raytown) which is how I ended up stumbling on this lot!

Thanks for letting me play along!

Stink- Are you going to be in the KC area any time soon? I'm thinking of organizing a Blogger's Meet up.

That would be really cool but I fear I won't be in the KC area for the next few months. I'm unfortunately going to be splitting my summer between here and the west coast (ick - I hate LA).

Thanks for thinking of me though!

Stink - Let us know when you do come to town.

You know what - I think I might do that.

I just checked your profile - the Rainmakers? As in "Spend it on Love" and "We walk the Levee"??

I didn't realize anyone else on the planet owned that CD! Ass-kicking classic! Small world.

(I hope we're talking about the same band. If not this is really awkward now...)

The same! Bob Walkenhorst plays once a week at the Record Bar. I go every other week to listen to him. He's still rocking. Get this: we are on a first name basis. Bob is a very cool & nice man. When you do come to KC let me know & I'll find out if he's playing then.

Very cool. I didn't even realize they were Kansas City-based. I just knew I had a kick-ass CD from back in the day!
