Also, thank God the hubby drove & stayed with me the whole time. He kept his hand on my foot. I remember drifting in & out & feeling safe with him there.

I can relate. I have a dentist phobia and as a result have not been in 19 years...
They let your husband go in? Hmmm I may need to get the name of this dentist from you, sounds like he specializes in scaredy cats. I may need 5 valium though...

I've been doing my own dental work since 1978.
I have a 3-speed Dremel with all the attachments, a mirror, some Quickcrete and a bottle of whiskey.
What more do you need?
