Who is interested in a Sunday May 17th Afternoon potluck blogger gathering? We would do it starting at 3pm, Shawnee Mission Park by the Dog park. Thundabolt suggested it be a fund raiser/bring dog/cat food/ bring towels/blankets what ever is on the Spay and Neuter Kansas City's wish list. She & I are willing to split the $40 shelter fee but are hesitant if there is going to be low attendance. So please let me know ASAP so we can reserve it ( We will need a JOCO resident to reserve it for us but we will pay the fee).
If we get a low number of people we may do something at our house. But people wouldn't be able to bring their dogs to our place as Trooper would eat them. BTW I will NOT be posting our address. So if you are interested you need to contact me.

I have a stack of donations for them piled up in my garage and I am off work that day so I will probably come.
Besides this may be my only chance to see Xander before he is bigger than me:-)

Anyone know if beer can be drunk out at the Shawnee Mission Park?...
Think we're going to do it at our place. I rather spend the shelter fee on dogfood. But you can't bring your dogs because Trooper will eat them. And yes you can drink at our house!!! Spay and Neuter Kansas City clinic is dangerously low on adult dog food. It's going to be potluck, BYOB, and bring dogfood!
